ya know it’s funny how things can sometimes come full circle. you really have to watch how you treat people because sometimes the people that you beat up on you end up needing the most. this time last year, in fact almost a year to the date i was going thru some things on my job. i wish that i’d kept “order my steps” and “selah!” so that i could look back on how frustrated i was… (more…)

whew. i thought that last week would never end. it was pretty low on the happiness scale for me. beginning w/ the “dance w/ my father” episode, which btw, i didn’t get a chance to respond to all of your comments but they were very insightful. nikki, i actually had you in mind while i was writing it because i thought back to our im conversations about that very subject. to bring you all up to date, no nothing catastrophic happened to him. he was just being himself and i knew that, which is why i didn’t call. remember this is the guy that actually had to sit and think about whether or not he was going to go to the hospital when my mother was in labor with me because my birth was conflicting w/ his monday night football game. anyhoo… (more…)
