the first time that i heard this song was back in october, when i attended the funeral of one of my students that had committed suicide. i remember sitting in the pew and weeping as they played the slideshow of various pictures recapturing the happier times in his life. although, i was shaken up by my student’s passing the thing… the thing that caused me to weep was the lyrics of the song:
